Warranty

All ICE-WATCH products are covered by a 2-year local warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee takes effect on the delivery date of the item, justified by the accompanying document, i.e. the guarantee coupon , duly completed with date of purchase, watch reference and store stamp, located in the ICE-WATCH box or case, which we ask you to keep carefully . 

This warranty covers all parts except the battery, bracelet and glass. We are not liable for damage caused by the possession or use of the watch, damage due to improper maintenance, non-compliance with the operating instructions or normal wear and tear. 

In the event of failure of the watch due to a material or manufacturing defect, please return the watch to ICE-WATCH Genève with the completed warranty coupon (date of purchase, watch reference and store stamp). You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return; it is recommended to send your order by registered/signature, proof that ICE-WATCH Genève has received it. This limited warranty is void if the defect is due to improper or inappropriate use of the watch.

Note : An ICE-WATCH watch, repaired or replaced under warranty, will benefit from the remainder of the warranty period, calculated from the original purchase date of the watch; whether your watch is repaired or replaced, the warranty period is not extended.

Prices

The prices of the online shop are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), net amounts, including VAT at the current rate, and guaranteed. The products are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. 

Availability

The goods are available until the stocks run out. Errors and corrections may occur, especially when several customers order the same goods simultaneously. 

ICE-WATCH Genève is not responsible for stock shortages or unavailability of goods. 

In the event of unavailability of a product, ICE-WATCH Genève will inform you by email and inform you as soon as possible to obtain it. If the product is out of stock, ICE-WATCH Genève will offer you similar models or will exceptionally refund this product if it has already been paid for.

Methods of payment

Payment methods: by bank transfer, postal or Paypal.

ICE-WATCH Genève emphasizes that, thanks to optimized online security standards, all your payments are secure. Indeed, all data is transmitted encrypted via a reliable TLS connection.

Delivery and transport

The available items are sent to Switzerland by post, registered/signed. Delivery times vary from 1 to 5 working days after receipt and registration of payment for your order. 

The online shop only delivers to Switzerland. Delivery is free of charge (amount over CHF 99.--).

Please note: ICE-WATCH Genève does not deliver its parcels in post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to a minor clientele or under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by parents or guardians.

Legal warranty

Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify ICE-WATCH Genève without delay of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods in order to enable it to remedy them.

Return for exchange of merchandise

For an exchange, the item(s) must be returned intact and complete in its original packaging (with label, warranty coupon), accompanied by the delivery note (invoice), within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return; it is recommended to send your order by registered/signature, proof that ICE-WATCH Genève has received it. The shipping costs of your new trade order are free of charge. The exchange can only take place once. Refunds are excluded as well as the right of return for discounted items.

Data protection and privacy

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order. You are also invited to consult the " Privacy Policy " section of the ice-watch-geneve.com website.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law and any possible dispute will be brought and dealt with by the competent courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
